Turkesterone

Turkesterone is an extract from the ajuga turkestanica plant which looks similar to thistle and is native to Siberia, Asia, and Eastern Europe. Turkesterone itself is a highly concentrated type of ecdysterone which is a class of naturally occurring compounds which are similar in effects and chemical structure to androgens but with less potency and much greater safety profiles.  In addition to its ability to support male hormones and recovery from resistance training Turkesterone is believed to have other benefits including supporting liver health.
